FYI, from time to time I get error message like this:
eth0: Transmit timeout, status 0d 2000 media 08.

eth0: Tx descriptor 0 is 100805ea.
eth0: Tx descriptor 1 is 400845ea.
eth0: Tx descriptor 2 is 000805ea. (queue head)
eth0: Tx descriptor 3 is 000805ea.
eth0: MII #32 registers are: 1000 782d 0000 0000 05e1 0000 0000 0000.
The kernel in question is 2.2.14. Contact me in case you want more
related hw/sw info.
