Hi !

I´ve modified the driver made by ASIX for the 100Mbit-nic named
PRO110(B) for the new kernel 2.2.1

The original driver tulip.c (v0.90f) from Donald did not work!

You can find the driver ax88140.c and the neccessary header-file
crc.h at

Any further changes and corrections are welcome!!

Hope to find this driver in the kernel-sources.....
